healthy blog has been setup by a young man on a mission. That mission being to find out the generosity and selfishness of the healthy world in New Zealand. Healthy blog each week go out into the world for you and try get the top health products for free. We then review that product and if it meets our strict standards is released to be won each week.

The 2008 obesity report found over 24% of those aged between 25 and 34 are considered obese. These numbers are at the highest rate they have ever been. Not only are New Zealanders fatter but they are uneducated about the risks there bad diet has. A bad diet that does not include the essential vitamins and minerals can lead to disease down the track. New research has found that not only food can effect a healthy life. Those who don’t get enough sleep, Sun, Nutrients and often find themselves pushed back by the overhanging stress that can come with a busy lifestyle can all contribute to degenerative diseases and poor health.

Sorry about the late reply. Yes the website is going to be updated this week with Non-Video reviews aswell as video reviews on every product we feature. For the competition just placing a comment enters you into the draw!!!
